Peter is Chairman of Bethanie Group and Chairs the Property Development Committee and the Bethanie Housing Limited Board, and is a member of the Nominations, Renumeration & Governance Committee. Peter has extensive experience in property investment banking, property development and property financing and funds management. Peter has held senior roles in some of the world’s largest investment banks, including Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Peter is Managing Director of PP Valley Pty Ltd, trading as Openn, an Australian startup real estate technology platform.
Peter was a non-executive Director of Silver Chain for five years, advising on property and general strategy. Peter has also been a Commissioner on the West Australian Football Commission for six years and was Chair of both the Property and Finance Committees. Peter was also a Director of WA Government’s Landcorp for five years, being on its Audit and Risk and Governance and Remuneration Committees.

David Kilpatrick was a former lawyer for 18 years and the Managing Partner of a commercial law firm with offices in West Perth and Geraldton. David specialised in Supreme and Federal court corporate and commercial litigation and corporate advice on regulatory and governance matters. David is the Chair of the Nominations, Renumeraton & Governance Committee, a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and a member of the Bethanie Housing Limited Board.
David acted for international, large public and private companies and not for profit entities. David was also Chairman of the Board of Carey Baptist Church and a member of the Carey Baptist College Governors’ Council from their commencement and for 16 years until he took up an executive position as the CEO of the Carey Group.

Murray has spent over 20 years developing broad business experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors. He is currently Vice President Operations at Brookfield Infrastructure Group Australia, after spending 5 years at Brookfield Rail in the senior positions of General Manager Finance and General Manager Strategy and Development. Murray Chairs the Audit & Risk Management Committee, is a member of the Bethanie Housing Limited Board and the Property Development Committee.
Murray commenced his career with KPMG’s Taxation practice. Building on his finance experience, he subsequently held senior positions in operational, commercial and project areas at Alinta, WestNet Infrastructure Group and Fortescue Metals.
He holds a Bachelors of Laws and Commerce from Murdoch University and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment (FINSIA). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute for Company Directors.

Diana specialises in organisational strategy, design, structure and transformation, and has a career interest in service improvement. She is currently Chief Operating Officer at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. Prior to this, she consulted to organisations, primarily in the health and resources sectors, in Australia, the UK, the US, Asia Pacific, and Europe. She lived and worked in Cambridge, UK from 2006 to 2016, and previously held senior roles with the St John of God Health Care Group and Rio Tinto Iron Ore.
Diana has served as a Non-Executive Director since 1994, on the State Training Board of WA, Lions Eye Institute Board, NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust Board, and NHS Cambridgeshire Community Services Board, among others. She has chaired Quality, Safety and Governance, Finance and Performance, Remuneration, and Organisational Transformation committees.

Todd Mairs is a founding director of Churchill Consulting and his fifteen years of management consulting experience across Europe, Asia and America have earned him a reputation as a leading advisor in strategic planning and customer management. He also has extensive experience in the Aged Care and Health industries, as well as not-for-profit organisations and charities. Todd is a member of the Services Review Committee, Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Nominations, Remuneration & Governance Committee.
Prior to Churchill, Todd spent four years based in the United Kingdom where, as a manager with Accenture, he consulted to several major financial services institutions across Europe and America. This built on his experience as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia.
Todd is a past recipient of the WA Business News “40 under 40” award presented to Western Australia’s top 40 business leaders aged under 40 years of age.
Todd is an active member of the Committee for Perth and is a Board Member for a NFP organisation that builds schools for Cambodian children.

A registered architect, Kylee has been Director of architectural practice Fratelle Group since 2010. Kylee has led the design and delivery of many aged care, multi-residential, retirement and community projects across Western Australia since 2003 and undertakes research into issues surrounding aged care, ageing in place and dementia design. Kylee was a 2014 40 under 40 winner, and was the 2015 Australian Institute of Architects WA Emerging Architect.
Kylee is heavily involved in advocacy work, and this has led to her involvement in a number of industry boards and committees. She is currently a non-Executive Director of Development WA, a Property Council of Australia Division Councillor and an Australian Institute of Architects WA Chapter Councillor. Kylee was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Bethanie in June 2016 is a member of the Services Review Committee and the Property Development Committee.

Jeffrey is currently the Chief Executive Officer at St John of God Bunbury Hospital. Jeffrey has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, with diverse leadership roles in both public, private, not for profit and emergency services sectors. He has previously held leadership roles in hospital and health service management in both regional and metropolitan locations, nursing leadership, clinical and corporate governance. Jeffrey was instrumental in assisting St John of God Health Care in the commissioning and opening of the Midland Public and Private hospitals in 2015. Jeffrey Chairs the Services Review Committee.
Between 2013-2018 Jeffrey was a member and Chair of the Board of Mercy College. He is an active volunteer with St John Ambulance and has been for the last 35 years.
